Dave, the rule we've followed in a situation like this is that if the
guesser can't substantiate that a guess is a real word, then you don't need
to score it. Unless, that is, it's correct, in which case *you* have to
substantiate that it's a real word.

Okay, here's the defn (I didn't have time to look it up before):
Zygenid (Zyg"e*nid) n. [Cf. Gr. probably the hammer-headed
shark.] (Zovl.) Any one of numerous species of moths of the family
Zygaenidae, most of which are bright colored. The wood nymph and the
vine forester are examples. Also used adjectively.

Sure. Looks like a pretty decent dictionary (1913 Webster's Unabridged).
Something like a 40+ meg download, though, so I haven't tried to see
what it looks like outside of a web page.
