Pursuant to the specified articles in plantiff's case 5061, and let's keep
pursuing, Brett Vachon was rigtiously nominated to the congenital position
of Board Member of Grex, a positioons whose titular, fiscal, and legal
responsibilities will, if he is nominated, be pased on to his decendents in
the classical paro-natal model.

Notwithstanding the linear apporximation by Newton's method of the Point in
the GreX board of directors, hereupon we find nominations are due for David
Hoffman, mfp, in due course, of Liebnitz snooze tradition.

What do I think of sex? I think it's here to stay. What do I think of
naftee? I think he's here to stay too. Taht's why I nominate him for the
elction of gRExist in Charge (with badge given to winner).

Sex , naftee, and polytarp on the BoD (GreX) are all sweet things, and thus
the nominationitis syndrome has been duly administered to our very own mfp,
may he BoD forever!

In support of the industrial middle class, I nominate, of my own volition and
after due and sober consideration, Brett Vachon for the position of
GreX/NeXtGreX BM in hopes that he will revive and support thr traditions of
liberalism.

Are we finished? No! We continue and will due so in due course until he due
date, nominations of David Hoffman, Esq. of the University of Toronto, Canada,
for the GreX board of Directors, Esq, Ann Arbor, in God we Trust.

response 61 of 188: Mark Unseen   Nov 4 18:57 UTC 2004

In keeping with the maxim that prostitues, pastries, and nominations of naftee
to the position of BM are necessary for a just society, I nominate Brett
Vachon to the position of Board Member of the esteemed and soon to be
mentioned GreX Board of Directiors.

A little over ten days marks the end of what has been, and what will be,
namely, the nomination, propagation and admittance of David Hofofman to the
Polytarp BOD of GreX Board of Directors, for which we wish him luck in his
endeavours.

Drawn mainly from varios works of great and powerful philosophers, the
following truism struck a certain reverance into the head of all who
listended:

Forbeit true that Brett "Naftee" Vachon, for reasons similar to those give
for the embarment of the far side of Museum Station, has been and will be
nominated, in accordance with the liberal tration, to the position heretooff
and foreever more lawfully wedded BM, Brett "N." Vachon, B.M., Hon. B.M., L.S.

I'll make my perennial (literally!) nomination of Colleen McGee for the
Board, in the perennial hope that one of these years she'll accept.

I nominate John H. Remmers.

Steve Van Loon, John Remmers, and of course David "Hoffman" Polytarp, are all
in due course nominated to the GreX board of directors.

Nominating is the spice of life, and David Hoffman, as nominated, is the
jalapeno pepper of the GreX B0D.

If reason's only purpose is to edify faith in unbelievers, I'm afraid there's
no reason to nominate Brett Vachon. However, that is not reason's only
purpose, and thus with the weight of reason behind me, I nominate Brett Vachon
to the GreX BoD.

What is similar about a ballpoint pen and the GreX Bod? The answer is of
course that neither can swim in an unsalted ocean; but for everything else,
including Mastercard, we have our very own David Hoffman, who is as of this
momment nominated to the GreX Board of Directors.';

response 72 of 188: Mark Unseen   Nov 8 07:26 UTC 2004

question-- has any one of those currently nominated been grex
treasurer before, or would be willing to be so now? Since Aruba's
term is up, and I don't get the impression that any of the current
board members want responsibility for the books, its a fair question
to ask. Wasn't Remmers treasurer once?

Either that or they'll have to draw straws at the first board meeting
of the new year. Whoever draws the short straw has to be treasurer
whether they want it or not :)

response 73 of 188: Mark Unseen   Nov 8 11:38 UTC 2004

The board is chock-full of people who care a whole lot about
Grex. Some of us would do a better job of being treasurer
than others, and Mark will be a hard act to follow. But it
will work out. I think this is one of those areas where you
have to trust that those you give (or have given) the job, will
do the job. In the past this decicion has always been made
among the board members. If you try to make it a condition
of running for the board, I fear you'll scare away some mighty
good candidates.

I am pleased to draw the two longest nomination straws and extend them to Mary
H Remmers and Richard J Wallner.
