Re #453, 454: it doesn't matter who *wrote* the lease - it matters that
either the board adopted it in advance and authorized an individual to
sign it, or that the board adopted it after it was signed by all parties,
and that in either case this is recorded in the minutes. On the other
hand, you can just not worry.

Only on Grex! Tendrils and perfume and pumpkin! I hope you give Charley Brown,
Linus and Snoopy root privileges. After all, they will be there recording
the ratification votes of the delegates. Is there room to hitch the horses?

Arnold, I wish I had the skill to paint Charlie Brown et all around the
roots <g>. Ditto horses. Hmmm.
Valerie, will next Monday be too late? Can you hold a ladder for me? I'm
kind of jumpy about ladders.
I hope the move is easy, too.

kewl ... when the move happens, about how many days is grex expected
to be 'down?' please make a reasonable guess - this is NOT a 'push.'
is there going to be another volunteer-gathering for available ppl

We'll be down while the phone lines are being switched over, which
*should* be enough time to move the hardware and get things set
up. Downtime should be well under a day.

Whee!
I can bring Michael's step ladder if there isn't one in the building. It
would look sort of silly to stop at eye level. Wanna get me a quart of dark
green acrylic latex? I may have some here, but I'm not sure. Also a little
bit of charcoal grey. Wish I had a few dabs of yellow, too, for contrast.

TS, can they do that between Centrex and non-Centrex? We wanted to do that
too, but STeve said that since we are switching to Centrex lines at the same
time the dual location wouldn't be possible.

I don't mind the cost of the paint, it's not that much, but I won't have time
to go buy it. Pay you back? Of course, wouldn't mind hsaring costs, things
*are* a bit tight. Hm, be glad to share the job with another creative
spirit, too.
