I mailed my $20.00 magnet pledge directly to Ken. It should reach him
when he returns.

That's fine by me, but I can't issue a receipt for tax purposes.

re resp:2 -- I do. I'm a little reluctant to post publicly who has paid
and who hasn't. I suppose I could post a summary of who pledged what, since
all of that information is in some public place anyway. Would anyone find that
useful?

re #5:
as I don't own a private home and don't have other major deductions,
it has never once been to my advantage to itemize rather than take
the standard deduction. so don't fret about not being able to issue
me a receipt for which I have no use.

Re 2,6: As long as you're keeping tabs, Greg, I think that's good enough.

Might it be time to enter the July and August treasurer's report? I am still
curious as to whether enough new users are paying by credit card to justify
the expense of permitting this. Is there at least an upward trend? And what
about Don's idea of online banking (see May treasurer's report item)?
