Greg, you've gone completely, utterly, insane.
One, Emma from that page is Helen-of-Troy beautiful. Dead on arrival.
Striking. Knockout gorgeous.
Two, the collar's pink plastic and spiked, and not latched. It
doesn't say "BDSM", but uptown punk, industrial or goth. Judging from the
comments in the blog and the immaculate dress sense, I'd say uptown
rivethead, not goth.

If you're accusing someone of being an, ah, "rope tease", then you
should know the difference between a BDSM'er who's trolling and someone who's
just showing punk influences.
The difference between a goth girl and a rivethead is really critical
