Generally, adding (a) fw(s) to or changing the subject of an existing cf
should start with clearly proposing the changes in the affected cf, so
the users can discuss the ideas, give feedback, etc. If favorably
received there after a week or so, then i'd be inclined to act favorably
on a formal request to go ahead with the changes.
Yes, i know that cmcgee is a fw of smallbusiness, and that cf hasn't been
overly active of late, but i don't see any reason to bypass the usual
"local democracy" procedures. In any case, anyone can start discussing
big business in the smallbusiness cf if they wish, and that might be a
good contribution to making the decision.
