Well, look at Soundgarden. Depending on how you look at it, Spoonman, for
instance, is either in a slow 7/4 or in 4/4 and 3/4 alternating.

Lots of Ann Arbor bands play in odd meters, several come to mind:
Morsel, gondolier, Philo Beddow, etc...is it something in the water?
