I think if we just warn ppl in advance that it may take n weeks to complete
the process, there will be no frustration factor.  frustration comes from
unmet expectations, so if we alter expectations to match reality, we shouldn't
have any problems on that score.

Related topic:  I think staff, etc, should volunteer publicly, and that the
staff/evaluators should take comments from the "public" in a private manner,
such as a special e-mail address (or just the usual staff one).
