Rane, most people find it pretty challenging. Most people, however,
are not chemistry professors and don't have access to that specialized
vocabulary. (And most WWW designers don't have that, either.) When I
entered the contest on M-Net, I said the words have to be found in the
dictionary at http://www.m-w.com. And I awarded prizes, but we don't
have gribblies here.

I did forget to ask people here not to use the same word for two
separate entries, so that is a change in the rules, if you wish to
regard it that way.

If you find two English words of 6 letters or less which return 1 entry
from Google, I will be very surprised.

gimme a few nore leters,please:

Tip: Try removing quotes from your search to get more results.

Your search - "mundane nonviolence" - did not match any documents.

Suggestions:

    * Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
    * Try different keywords.
    * Try more general keywords.

how about 0 !?!?!??!?!

Don't use quotes, TS. The idea is to find two separate words which
generate 1 match, not strings which don't generate any.

There was a complaint about my using terms about which I know something.
What other terms can one search for but ones for which one knows their
meaning? But OK - it is still a snap with words from other areas

synchronome opaline 0.23s

(synchronome is originally a trade name but now used as a descriptor).

What Rane's finding are fairly trivial "googlewhacks." Perhaps a
difficulty score should be assigned to each one based on some
calculation involving the number of hits each of the terms yields
separately. Perhaps something like the square root of their product.

About 51 results for: capacitance vomitorium

That's the best I've managed so far.

Heh. Rane seems to be gifted. How many did you try before you got
that one, Rane?

It took a couple of minutes. I didn't count trials. Perhaps ten.

It is more difficult with one of the words assigned. I liked vomitorium
so found

permittivities vomitorium

(to keep with the electrical theme for the other word).

It actually found two *identical* hits, but since they are the same I consider
them one. The hit is one of those comprehensive word lists,
http://www.codeaholics.com/files/ref/ABLE.txt What is their purpose?

Beats me what the purpose of those word lists is. Except some of them
have ads. Codeaholocs.com appears to be the home site for someone's
blog.

Sometimes they're for the purpose of gaming search engines, and
sometimes they're dictionaries for password cracking tools.
