I pretty much watched it because of Pfeiffer but also because of 
Zelleweger. I thought both gave really good performances.

one of my favorite movies this year was The Notebook.  I just love 
that movie.  It's probably one of the most romantic movies ever.

war of the worlds was pretty good. movies that i saw last year that were not
filmed last year were: Clerks, Chasing Amy and hackers. all good movies :D

I hate to say it, but I think my favorite movie of 2005 (that I saw in the
theater) was "The 40 Year Old Virgin".  I seriously don't know when I've
laughed that hard.

I really liked The 40 Year Old Virgin too.  Clearly made by real geeks, not
Beautiful people trying to understand geeks.  The drunk-girl-driving scene
is my favorite.  (But it's terrifying.)
