resp:21 Because there is already a perl item that that question would be more appropriate in. resp:22 Yes, there is a better item; the perl item (do a scan for it; I don't know the number offhand). In general, please check for the existence of an existing item before creating a new one. Also, the probably summary in resp:22 isn't appropriate to the conference administrivia item. Please scribble it (but feel free to add note saying something along the lines of, "technical question moved to appropriate item").
