I appreciate that there is a new /c disk. However, /a has been
bumping up against 100% full several times today, including now.

Right. I moved some stuff from /a to /c last night, but we need to move more.
Moving people is kind of a PITA. We'll just need to do more disk policing
until we can finish the job.
