Today, I kept getting random "The Server is not responding" messages
while trying to use backtalk. Hitting reload seemed to fix the problem,
mostly.

I've not yet seen that, Tim. I've been visiting the previous four conferences
regularly, and they all still direct me to their previous incarnations.

I don't change anything in .cflist - put in agora and oldagora, and the
switch occurs automatically and you also follow the dying threads
in the previous conf.
