Yeah, but they're "normal" only with the quotation marks. Some of us aim to
be normal without any punctuation.

Hallelujah!
Reminds me of the time when I was out celebrating my birthday at a
local Irish pub with me mum - they have fantastic smoked salmon - and she
made a comment about a man with closely-shaved red hair, saying that you
don't see that, that often. And who should walk in then but another friend
of mine with closely-shaved red hair, and a ring through her nose. Love it
when my friends provide a human punchline.

i think poeples individual style, red hair, shaved or not, is fine. Peircings,
tatoos, whatever. Who cares how poeple express thewselves in public...poeple
are who they wanna be...ive never been one to poke fun at anybody. Especially
thier sexuality. I have an uncle thats gay and he told me that he wasnt gay
because he didnt find women attactive, but because he had different emotional
needs. He said that he did find women attractive, beauty wise and sexually
as well, but they didnt have what he needed emotionally. I myself am not gay,
but it did help me understand what being gay is about. I know that there are
some gay poeple out there that have very bad opinions about the other sex,
but that is there choice, but i dont make fun of them, i just dont think its
right to make fun of poeple because of who they are, red hair and piercing
or whatever. I guess thats my opinion tho....
its been awhile since anyones been on this conf eh?

That's nice, but what I was making fun of in this case was a closeted
mind.
