The vandals she is referring to were in violation of the intrusion
clause in Michigan's computer crimes act, having broken into places
they were not supposed to be, and altered documents and files they
were not supposed to alter.

issues, unlawful sales of alcohol or other controlled substances or contraband
on the internet, child pornography distribution, pedophilia, predatory sexual
activity and/or harassment, and unlawful intimidation and threats through the
internet.
