kegel is the muscle in the vigina that can help with "tightness", i belive
they're also one of the main set to spasm during orgasim

Kegels are the rings of muscles that contract during orgasm and childbirth.
By doing Kegel strengthening exercises, orgasms can be more intense, and you
can make a guy happy by tightening them during sex.
Also, doctors recommend women who have given childbirth do Kegel exercises
afterward to strengthen their vagina.
Contrary to boy's locker room talk in high school, a woman can't be "loose".
Some are tighter, thanks to those muscles, but nobody is "loose". The muscles
are sort of like elastic bands.

Silly people. Women aren't the only ones who have Kegel muscles. Men
have them too. Strengthening Kegel muscles in men help control
intensity of an erection, and therefore, in like fashion, can also
intensify orgasm (and ejaculation).

Futurama had a *very* obscure joke about this... probably it would have to
be obscure to get past the censors. In one scene the main characters go to
a gym, and at one point walk past a women on a "Kegelcizer" machine with a
*big* stack of weights going up and down. :)

When Adrienne was preparing for childbirth, they recommended that she do kegel
exercises to help her control her bladder after pregnancy. :)

Well, they're sort of like mall hippies. Now that malls have
diversifited, and offer punk rock, goth, and gangsta threads, you run into
a whole subculture of people who wear nothing but the mall variety, which
isn't quite like the Real Thing.
