IWLTA that, in their Great Wisdom, Her Majesty's Government are axeing 40?,000
civil service jobs, mostly from the Department of Work and Pensions.
That's the Department that deals with the unemployed.

Anyway, since that announcement (made in the middle of a speech) it's
