My wife cooks a gourmet dinner at least 5 nights per week. It's a miracle I don't weigh in as a heavyweight. Stupendo salads, Lots of Atlantic salmon, swordfish, etc. Great meat. Unbelievable desserts. Left to my own resources I end up eating a lot of peanut butter.

um.. last night's dinner was an experiment. it was an adaptaion of something i saw on pbs, 'the urban peasant'. it was basically the same, except i used chicken instead of tuna. it was a miserable failure. we went to burgerking for whoppers.

My wife's out of town, so my evening repast shall be a bag of stale oreo cookies and a 6-pack of Mountain Dew.
