Do the Math

The Bible shows us a way to prove whether or not a person is the
Antichrist, through numerology. Rev 13:18 says: "Let him that hath
understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a
man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six." That is, the
number 666.
The way biblical scholars and numerologists convert the names of men
into numbers is through a numerical code. The most common method used
by numerologists today is the Pythagorean System, named for the Greek
philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras, who invented it in the fifth
century BC. It looks like this:

Now if you add up the numbers of his name using this system, according
to the table above you get 7+5+6+9+7+5 for George, +5+1+3+2+5+9 for
Walker, and +2+3+1+8 for Bush, which all adds up to a total of 78 = 7+8
= 15 = 1+5 = 6. .
The next most commonly method in numerology is the Chaldean System,
which has its roots in ancient Babylon and is related to the Hebrew
Kabbala: It looks like this:

If you add up the numbers of his name using the Chaldean System you get
3+5+7+2+3+5 for George, +6+1+3+2+5+2 for Walker, and +2+6+3+5 for
Bush, which adds up to a total of 60 = 6+0 = 6. Once again the number
is still 6..
But hold on, because were not through yet. ASCII stands for American
Standard Code for Information Interchange. The computer you're using to
read this can only understand numbers, and ASCII is the numerical
representation of a character such as B or else an action of some sort.
If you add up Bush's name in ASCII, you get 71+101+111+114+103+101 for
George, 87+97+108+107+101+114 for Walker, and 66+117+115+104 for Bush,
which adds up to a total of 1617 = 1+6+1+7 = 15 = 1+5 = 6.
Thats our third six 666 using the two most commonly used methods in
numerology, along with ASCII, the current language of the information
age. The chances of this ever happening randomly are 1 in (9 x 9 x 9),
or 1 in 729. That means wed have to go through another 729 presidents
before wed have an even chance of finding another president whose name
is as closely identified with the number 6.
(George Bush has another name that is often used to identify him. Hes a
Republican from Texas. If you add up Republican in the most commonly
used Pythagorean system you get 9+5+7+3+2+3+9+3+1+9 = 51 = 5+1 = 6. If
you add up Texas you get 2+5+6+1+1 = 15 = 1+5 = 6. And if you add up
Texas Republican you get 15 + 51 = 66.)
(Ever wonder why George Herbert Walker Bush Sr. left the 'Herbert' out
when naming his son? George = six letters, Walker = six letters, and
BushJr (or 'Busche', which was the original German spelling of their
name) = six letters. = 666. Once again, the number of the beast.)
Revelation says the number of the beast (the Antichrist) is 666 it
does not say this is the number of his name, though that could be part
of it - it just says that somehow we can identify the Antichrist by
using this number 666. This number may indeed be connected to his
name, but it cannot only be connected to his name or else it would have
simply said so, and saved us the trouble of broadening our search. It
indicates that we are to construct the number by compiling individual
digits "Six hundred threescore and six", so let's use his name for the
first 6, and go on to the second number used by numerologists, the date
of his birth.
Mr. Bush was born July 6, 1946. If you add up all the digits in his
date of birth you get 7+6+1+9+4+6 = 33 = 3+3 = 6. There - now we have
our second six.
The third number is the "fate" number. Many numerologists find the
fate, destiny or lucky number by simply taking the day of the month of
your birth (and reducing if necessary) since Bushs birth day is the 6th
of July no reduction is necessary.
Just to make sure, the other way of finding the fate number used by
numerologists is by adding the individual components of the date of your
birth to a sum before reducing. Bushs birth date is 7/6/1946 = 7+6+1946
= 1959 = 1+9+5+9 = 24 = 2+4 = once again, our third 6.
The antichrist's first step in his goal of attaining complete world
domination for Satan, was achieved on that fateful day Mr. bush was
first elected governor of Texas - his first elected office - on November
8, 1994. Again, just by adding up the digits we get 1+1+8+1+9+9+4 = 33
= 3+3 = 6.
Then after losing the popular vote on November 7, 2000, the antichrist
took his next giant leap towards ruling the earth when he was
inaugurated president of the United States on January 20, 2001.
1+2+0+2+0+0+1 = 6. Another six to replace the one he had as Governor.
There you have it - 666 - the number of the Beast, absolutely any way
you care to add it up. His name = 6. His birthday = 6. His fate = 6.
Wasnt too difficult, was it? Thats because it was never meant to be.
So what are the chances of the most powerful leader in the world having
a name/date of birth/fate/ & date of acquiring power equal to 666? By
themselves, the chances of any one of these things happening in
isolation are relatively insignificant. But using the law of cumulative
probability, the chance of all these things happening together his name
being equal to six in both numerological systems and ASCII code, the
date of his birth being equal to six, his fate number being equal to six
either way you want to figure it out, and both of the dates on which he
gains world power being equal to six for all this to happen for any
particular world leader suddenly becomes very much significant: It is 1
chance in (9 x 9 x 9 x 9 x 9 x 9 x 9 x 9), or 1 chance in 43,046,721.
Since the Bible says that the Antichrist will be the most powerful
leader in the world, and George bush is already the most powerful leader
in the world today, that would mean that, based purely on the laws of
chance, we would have to see another 43,046,721 powerful world leaders
come and go before we would have a good chance of seeing another
powerful-world-leader that was as strongly associated with the number
666. Even if all these world leaders only lasted an average of 4 years
and followed one right after another - as with a single presidential
term - it would take well over one hundred and seventy two million years
before we'd have a fair chance of seeing another powerful world leader
who was as strongly associated with the number 666. To give you some
perspective, one hundred and seventy million years ago, the closest
thing to a human being on this planet was a small, nocturnal,
rodent-like insectivore.
But there is still one more very remarkable piece of evidence: For
hundreds of years various prophets and Biblical scholars have both
prophesied and speculated about what would happen at the end of the
second millennium and in particularly the significance of the year
1999. As you will see later on, Nostradamos predicted that 1999 would
be the year that the final Antichrist would descend and bring about the
sort of death and destruction that has never been seen before. What is
so important about the year 1999 is that it is actually an upside-down
666, signifying how the Antichrist would come up from hell and turn the
world upside down.
Bush declared his candidacy for president on June 12, 1999. By turning
the day into a product of simple addition, we easily come up with the
date 6/(6+6)/1999. That's a right-side up 666 next to an upside down
666, separated by a 1 that is holding the place for 1,000 years. This
1,000 years is the millennium of peace, which will come after Christ
defeats the Antichrist (the right side up 666) and rules the world for
1,000 years in the name of the one true God. After the 1,000 year
millennium, according to the Bible Satan will once again be released
from hell (the upside down 666 = coming up from hell) but he is quickly
defeated and thrown into the lake of fire forever (Revelation 20:7-10).
So what are the chances? Obviously, the chances of any other world
leader introducing himself to the world on 6/6+6/1999 are nil - it
simply didnt happen. Bush is the only one who did and so he is the only
world leader in history who is so intimately connected to what must be
the most inauspicious day in world history.

By all that logic 666 = 6+6+6 = 18 = 1+8 = 9, and so what?
Numerology is bunk. There is also Pyramidology, which is more bunk. Why
do people waste their time with this bunk?

replacement of signs, the time spent on the whole stupid thing, are all
needless encumbrances on public time and money.

Hey, there's something to numbers. Just ask the people who pick numbers
for things. Remember the 707. The 8080. The B-17. There's a whole
science for picking these things. Would the USAF have convinced
congress to buy as many B-13's? Would you fly on a Boeing 666?

Houses are worth more if they have very low house numbers. People
apparently are willing to pay more for an address like "15 Cherry Tree
Lane" than an address like "176133 Cherry Tree Lane".
In East Lansing, there is a beautiful house at 666 Butterfield Drive. I
suspect the house number would be an issue (and possibly depress the
price) if the house ever came on the market.
In Hebrew, the word for eighteen is "chai", which also means "life".
Hence, Jewish charities usually ask for donations of $18, or multiples of
$18. (When I see a check for $18 in my bank statement, it's almost
certainly some Jewish thing.) The 18th anniversary of something is
generally treated as significant, as is the 36th (double-chai). Last year
was the double-chai anniversary of the founding of our synagogue, and a
lot of events were scheduled to mark the occasion.
Some people see numbers as neutral mathematical symbols; others see digits
and combinations of digits as imbued with personality. People in the
second group (which includes me) are much better at remembering telephone
numbers, SSNs, house numbers, and other numeric signifiers.
I didn't choose to be this way. Some of my earliest memories are
associations between numbers and colors, shapes, and feelings. I found I
could more readily identify favorite numbers than favorite colors. Those
associations don't have much emotional significance to me as an adult, but
they are undeniable. How can I explain that, say, 617 and 167 have very
different personalities? You either think that way, or you don't.

I don't think that people are stealing signs merely because the street
is named 666. Honestly, Rane, I wouldn't have taken you for the
superstitious sort. They could always switch the name to Satan's Alley
or something, which would clear up the problem.

It's not a street, it's a federal highway that runs from New Mexico
to Utah. Federal highways have numbers. (The new number for highway

Re #6: That URL doesn't work for me. I did hear recently that highway
666 has been renumbered. The interview I heard with the governor of New
Mexico made it sound like this was largely for religious reasons;
apparently some people outright refused to drive on a road with that
number. I'm kind of disappointed...I thought we were beyond this sort
of silly superstition by now. I mean, they don't automatically skip 13
when number building floors anymore.
Re #9: Boeing's new plane is the 7E7. I wondered what would happen when
they ran out of digits to stick in between the 7's. Apparently they're
using hexadecimal digits now. ;)

Re #15: I do. People will be more tempted to take a highway sign with
"666" on it as a souvenir than one with, oh, "94". It'll look cool
on their dorm room wall. Just like the signs from the intersection
of Nixon and Bluett (N. side of Ann Arbor; they now put the Bluett
sign on top to deter people), or poor Harley Rider's campaign signs
when he ran for office (he lost, possibly due to a lack of surviving
advertising).

Re 17. The only tall building I know of in Michigan which has a floor
numbered 13 is the Penobscot Building in Detroit -- and it's 75 years old.
(The building management offices and the post office are on that floor.)
Are there any more recent examples?
In other words, I don't agree at all that the 13th floor isn't skipped any
more. It's done for economic reasons, of course: space on the 13th floor
is harder to find tenants for.
Developers and home builders in California are paying attention to the
Chinese tradition of feng shui in the design of buildings. A house with
"bad" feng shui (e.g., if the back door is visible from the front) may be
more difficult to sell in a market where many buyers are of Chinese
ethnicity. If you're trying to sell a product, you want it to be broadly
acceptable.
I don't see the 13th floor or Highway 666 as any better or worse than
that. Governments and businesses have to cope with emotional responses
that significant percentages of the public have to certain things.
Similarly, streets don't usually get emotionally negative names like Death
Row, Murderer's Lane, Vomit Road, etc. Anthrax Street in Fayetteville,
N.C. was changed to something else last year. In Walworth, Wisconsin,
there was a move to change the name of Devil's Lane (I don't know how that
came out). But as far as I know, Booger Hollow (a street) in Anniston,
Alabama is still called that. You can find it in the zip code directory.

It seems like I've been in hotels that had a 13th floor, but I don't
have any specific examples right now.
I dunno. It just seems like encouraging silly superstitions, to me.
It's sort of self-perpeptuating now. People get the idea that if that
number is continually being avoided, there must be something to it.
I remember hearing a while back that a city had decided to spend money
on changing all their 'DEAD END' signs to 'NO OUTLET' to avoid the
negative connotations of 'dead end'. What's next? Changing all the
'BRIDGE OUT' barricades to 'BRIDGE MISSING' to avoid homosexual
connotations? Changing stop signs to a different color so people don't
have to look at something that's the color of blood?

Apparently, it comes from Bwg (welsh)=to scare, & is related to "to bug"
(as in to bug somebody), "bogus", and the "bogeyman".
I always thought "no outlet" applied to situations like a subdivision
loop, etc., where the only connection out is where you are but there's
not necessarily an "end" per se.
