I've been in non-breakfast mode again lately. Bad Valerie!
Sometimes on the weekends I'll make pancakes, but that's very rare
lately. One o' these days I'll go back to the oatmeal-and-raisin thing.
I try to eat a banana or something before the Saturday walks so that
I'm not ready to eat people's shoes by the end of the walk, but I
usually forget.

I've been in a breakfast mode of late... Saturday morning
last weekend, my friend and I went out toa breakfast
buffet. Since then, most mornings I've had cereal or
muffins.
