My Two Colors Mark Unseen   Dec 20 23:51 UTC 1994

My creative writing teacher oved this poem:

         MY TWO COLORS

In the school room I am blue
  mundane and layed-back.
Just another face in the crowd.
But it covers up the red in me
  the wild animal.
It struggles to burst from it's confines
  bursting
  broke free.
The colors are changing.
The red flows like blood from an open wound.
'Till not a speck of blue remains
  anywhere
  ever.

A dual personality? Just kiddin'. Though it does bring up, an
interesting aspect of our emotional and mental orientation
based on our surroundings. Enough clinical examination. It's very nice, and I
relate to it a great deal.
