Supermarket 2.0

I've been meaning to post some items on all the social networking that's 
happening on today's read/write web.  Well, I did an item on microformats, 
which provide a mechanism for exposing and sharing things like personal 
profiles, calendar events, and wishlists.  But there's other stuff too, 
like tagging (bottom-up "lower case" semantics), RSS (automated update 
alerts). I haven't gotten around to these yet, but if somebody else wants 
to post stuff about these or other modern-day web phenomena, have at it.
