Weekly Scibble & Expurgate Test Mark Unseen   Oct 17 01:31 UTC 1998

This is a test of the PicoSpan scribble & expurgate system. If this were
a real situation, we would scribble & expurgate all living matter on
Earth, followed by explicit instructions for surviors to evacuate. Remember,
this is ONLY a test!

This concludes the test of the PicoSpan scribble & expurgate system. This
test was successful. Join us again next week, same place, same time, same
channel, for another weekly test of the PicoSpan scribble & expurgate
system. Thank you, please drive thru. :)

Very nice. But if you forget to test again next week, I'm going to post
your deleted response. :)

LOL. :) I'll have to put it in my calendar now. Too bad we can't run
cronjobs here, or we could have a weekly test every week. :) Trust me,
I'm sure we could figure up a way to do it.. hehe. So you can actually
access scribbled responses? (I already forgot what mine was.)

They're stored in a publicly readable file somewhere. Can't
recall the path though.

/bbs/censored

To see the last 100 lines of the file:
   !tail -100 /bbs/censored

Cool. I've seen that file in the /bbs directory, but never knew what it
was, never tried reading it. I'm at school right now, and they're
showing Channel One on TV, don't you just LOVE Backtalk? :) Oh yeah,
tomorrow is test day again. :P

Are they still in said file after they have been expurgated and scribbled or
just if they are expurgated or scribbled?

Yes.

Channel One - a news show they show to us in school but I choose not to
watch and instead to use Backtalk and conference on Grex. :)

Actually, you can't telnet off these computers. Yes, we have Win95 and
there *is* a telnet client, but I think the school system-wide firewall
works wonders on your telnets. :( So I'm stuck with Backtalk.

Oh, darn! Forgot to run my test again! I'll have to do another one
when I get home where I can telnet, and thus scribble and expurgate. :)
