In the Reality Conf., Item 6, a discussion arose over the "sink or swim"
situation Russia is in today.  think Russsia would be better off under
Gorbachov.  Gorby is a reformer, working for democratic, liberal socialism.
Yeltsin has been too radical, and thrown the country into disarry, choking
off old systems before replacements were half-way ready.

Yeltson needed to work slower and concider the attitudes and preconceptions
of the citizens.  Basicaly it neede to go slower yet faster than gorby.
