That's the application of intelligence, which I seek. The talk, now,
of including Aidid in reconciliation talks, has a hint of intelligence.
He is, after all, just an opposition politician, not the boogeyman. Take
a look at Araft and Rabin shaking hands, and see what intelligence can
accomplish (however, with no guarantee that ignorance will not reappear).
