Wings 2000. Get behind em, or get out.

Alright you slackers! Get up and get behind your team. Dallas stole our
precious cup because no one here cared about cheering on the team. They lost
because you failed to support them. So let's get busy hockeytown. The home
opener is only hours away, and we need to show the rest of the NHL that
Detroit is the One and Only Place for the Stanley Cup. Can you even imagine
the precious Cup in Dallas? They don't play hockey in Dallas because it does
not get cold there.
Now let me hear some support for Our Team. Let us show the rest of the
world what stuff Detroit is made of.

No, the Red Wings lost because "3rd time" was *not* a charm for them
finishing 3rd in the western conference: The previous 2 years, first
Dallas then Colorado were upset in the 1st round, so that Detroit only
had to play a tough team in the conference finals, so one less nasty in
the gauntlet. Last year they got Colorado in round 2, and after an
amazing start, suffered an equally amazing collapse. It happens. Hope
for better things this year, including finishing 1st in the west.

Heretic. How dare you even speak the name of an enemy here?
No matter, as I write this, MSU is the National Champion, so there.
I suppose it is time to resurrect the baseball item.

Congradulations to Mich. State! Although, I must say that with a team with
pretty much all freshmen and sophmores, Florida won't roll over soeasily in
next year's championship game. And yes, let's go check on the baseball item.
