No, probably not. That would be between them.

Nope. The Yenta business gets too complicated. Oh, if it turns out
well every one forgets you were involved -- but if it goes badly, you
know where the blame falls.

Maybe this isn't very PC of me, but if I know that someone is gay, I usually
keep it to myself, because not everybody reacts well to that news. But I
have no trouble blabbing that someone is straight. So for me, the answer
depends on whether friend A's attractions have stopped being homosexual
or stopped being heterosexual. Unless, of course, friend A is happy to have
everyone know her/his new orientation. Not sure how to approach friend B,
though.

In that case I would entertain the thought of speaking to Friend B, but
I wouldn't know how to go about it.
(BTW my parents haven't forgotten the people who introduced them; they
are still good friends. (That was Re #2))

I guess this would be the wrong place to debate the "how can you have
a sexuality if you haven't had sex" thingy.

Does friend A *want* you to tell friend B? Has A said things like
"I wish I knew how to let B know I'm interested?" Is A bisexual,
and would that bother B?

Oh, was I supposed to give an *answer*?
