Scientists find "Mystery Meson" Mark Unseen   Nov 19 19:35 UTC 2003

There was an interesting BBC article on Tuesday, available here:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/3277579.stm

Scientists at the High Energy Accellerator Research Organization in
Tsukuba have discovered a new subatomic particle that can't be explained
under current theories. It has about the same mass as a helium atom,
and is known as X(3872) or the "mystery meson." Its existance has been
confirmed at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
