Not as much sanity-threatening, but boy, it bothers me sometimes.

I had my sleep study a while back, and am waiting to return to the lab
to have the flow adjusted for a C-PAP. I would really like this to be
done soon because it was just this week that I woke up one night after
an apnea with a bad oxygen deprivation headache.

I am tired of suffering through this.

Well, it has been a while, and the titration study (they determined 8
cms of air pressure was needed) was finished. It was wonderful to have
a wonderful night's sleep. I got my C-PAP the 4th of February and it's
made a real difference. I am still playing catch-up with sleep, but it
is very nice to be able to wake up and not hurt or feel drained.

Congratulations! Maybe getting back to a relatively healthy state will help
with the weight problem. My boyfriend was able to have snore-less, deep sleep
nights without the C-pap after he lost sufficient weight.

That would be a really great goal. Of course, with a lot of energy
back, exercise is more feasible now.

...and it has been. Lost about 71 lbs. so far.
