Frustrations in recovery

Woes with meds; doctors, med staff, therapists and counselors who 
aren't very helpful; toxic relationships that hinder our success; 
setbacks and so forth.

Post your frustrations here as you feel the need.

I will be glad to try a new med therapy; Depakote makes me sedated.  
Looking for a job is hard when I feel drugged-out pretty regularly and 
I still can't sleep at reasonable times.

Well, I am on a new med therapy now and it seems to be going well.
