GREX logo contest proposal.

GREX needs a logo.  I've designed something simple to use for the moment,
but our literature could really benefit from a good logo.  It would give
us a more polished and professional look.  I propose that we go to the board
and request their permission to run a "Design GREX's New Logo" contest.
The reason we need to involve the board is that I want to offer free
memberships as prizes.  1st prize one year; 2nd prize 6 months; 3rd prize
3 months ... or something like that.

What d'ya think?
