Publicity refresher time!
|
May 22 06:26 UTC 1993 |
Ok, it's time to consider doing another TV appearance...and to doublecheck that
all of those lovely tidbits we had spread forth haven't disapated. (y'know,
like usenet posting have been renewed, ads various places have been renewed,
etc...
Also I plan to get a small classified ad for GREX in the computer section of
next Sunday's AAsnews.
So, would anyone who's placed a pointer out there in the greater world
report what you've done and let us know if you can do it again, or
whether w ought to do it among the rest of us? I'll contact our
previously unused volunteers for the TV spot and call the station to set up
a time.

This may be old stuff, but Online Access magazine regularly publishes
lists of bbs's in various area codes. Last I checked, Grex was not
on the list. I've lent my copy of the last mag, so I don't know the
procedure for getting on, but I understand they actively solicit
new folks.

No, that magazine is lent out, perhaps never to be seen again. I'd be
willing to bet that Little Professor, Barnes and Noble, etc might
stock it -- you could give them a call.
