The eternal circle. Mark Unseen   Nov 1 12:03 UTC 2001

tick tick tick
must have new life
tick tick tick
money just doesn't spread as far or thin as butter
tick tick tick
"it's time," said the man above
and i said i would
thump thump thump
feels good but what a way
joining has even more meaning now
and i look forward
*spark* *crackle* *glow*
and there it is
do you have work? i asked my brothers
and one said yes
little seedling is there
joyraptureworryinsecurityworthlessnessoverwhelmedpleasurehurtwonderawe
help me hold me but no body can see
mix it in mix in out
flush on my face
silence on my lips
fade back
ten years now
grandpa, can you see her?
see her and my little seedling
i miss you
finally, grief that was postponed
grandma, can you see her?
golden girl has a seedling
i'm holding on to her
just like dad holds on to you
i want to be a good son too
i want to be a good father too
grief
no body can see
so mixed up inside
circles and cycles passing through my eyes
seed in the belly
old puppy in the urn
am i reliving history of the man in the ground?
his wife is slowly dying
and her caretaking son is not well
my father
father
son
son
father
baby
time
thought
spark of life

"am I reliving *the* history" would sound better, I think.
"old puppy in the urn," great image.
