wishing wishful wishes we
fearing blindness cannot see
feel the path that beckons me
she knew but couldnt see
she was but wasnt me
she looked inside the earth
she saw into the night
she talked between the words
she fell into the light
tired thinking drinking drown

spiraling, panoramic emotion
sentimental, eternal vision
melodies of intrinsic meaning
undulating pattern
flowing perspective shift
sensing a chaotic touch of love

its snowing
i was told to date my writing
my head is full
but i have little to say
that hasnt been said
so i watch the snow
remembering this feeling
in an unmade bed

i spoke to the lie until it was gone
when i looked into the mirror today
my reflection was a stranger
with a pretty face
whose eyes reflect the moon
i slew the demon
how dramatic of me

hey tree
open your eyes
all ready to see
great revelation from a mere tree
come down
to my veins so i can touch the sun
feel the sky
i can see you breathing
let us be here
and breath freely

sparkle and shimmer
while flowing down the stream of i
one more inspired moment
sand notes run drippy
smooth notes are grit

i dont know where that was going at all.

testing reality
pushing fingers through a skull
to speed things up
facing who i am
disguising my disbelief
its hard to get up
when i choose to carry the weight of my vision
wherever i go

fading sparkles
colder shadows
whispering darkness
flickering flame
hiding in blankets
curled up in a ball
patiently rocking
waiting for spring

i hear everything
words dont matter
frozen with thoughts of passion
music runs through me

maybe in the morning
ill light sparklers
and throw away smoking matches

such a long time never free
exploring bounderies not touched
inside my mind is fragmenting
you stir me
back to lost treasures and teddy bears
and again shining through for a moment
longing to stay
breathing you
before i slip away

too many reasons why intensity must be broken
the balance of knowing and feeling is lost

i feel the rain on my back
drops drip from my hair
the leaves arent as crisp
a dark smell int he air
whirl swirl
wind spins me around
trying to keep my feet ont he ground
swept away like a lost leaf
seeing the world below me
thunder
clouds sigh
i fall through
resisting gravity
trying to fly
then your hand
tucks a damp strand of hair behind my ear

i just write here, or enter some of my stuff when i have the urge.
i dont mind if people like it or hate it.
i dont think about whether or not its good.
and its not espically private either.

nice to have an attitude of 'I'll just throw some stuff out here and
work with it'.. I've never considered that; I usually do one draft of a
short poem and don't feel like going on and on.

but I like that.. it's something that hasn't been really done here
before.
