What's in your camera bag? Mark Unseen   Dec 5 03:51 UTC 2004

I went to Colorado over the summer and took two 35mm bodies, a digital
Point-n-Shoot, and a medium format camera. That was a big mistake.

So now i'm going to NYC in two weeks after the semester ends. I think
I may have to leave the 35mm cameras and the digital at home and only
take the medium format with me. Or I need to start lifting weights. :(

What do you carry in your travel camera bag typically?

I have a digital SLR body, so my camera bag contains it, two different
zoom lenses (one wide angle and one telephoto), a battery charger, an
inverter for running the battery charger in the car, a spare memory
card, an external hot-shoe flash (left over from my 35mm days), and
spare flash batteries. I also carry a microcassette recorder for making
notes, but I rarely seem to actually use it. I carry a body cap and
rear lens caps, but I put UV filters on my lenses instead of using front
caps.
