Why become a member?
a) help support a community-owned business
b) participate in decision-making
c) receive a share of the coop's profits
d) earn a working member discount
e) receive discounts at other area businesses
f) receive greater discounts in the "Healthy Savings" program

How do I join?
Becoming a member-owner involves purchasing a share in the coop.  Currently,
a share costs $60 and can be redeemed if a member chooses to end the
membership.  Payment on the $60 member share may be made in full upon joining
or in monthly installments of $10 or $20 (A $10 non-refundable processing fee
is charged to those new members who choose to make monthly installments. 
There is no annual fee.  
 
Low-income memberships are available. Also, we currently have student and
household discount cards that are available for $5 per year.  And senior
citizens get a discount on Wednesdays.  Ask any cashier when you are in the
stores, and they can help you join.
