DESCRIPTION (Staff of Magus)--

This staff is used as a walking stave/magical aid
by the soon-to-be great Wizard of Athas, Strago
Magus. It can cast the spells of light, protect.
from evil and detect evil/traps/invisibility on
it's own. It's power level depends on that of it's
wielder, which increases as levels do. It appears
as an ironwood staff with a sculpture of a gargoyle's
hand on the top. The hand grasps a large, red gem-
stone which is the source of most of the stave's magic.

from others in only minor ways, (not important except for humors sake)

does the character have to be created in dark sun form? cause i have like
almost every AD&D book, but no special 'branches' like Spelljammer, or Darksun
