All right, then! Let the new adventure begin. You have been freed from the
slavery in the pit at Draj, but you never forgot what you went through
together, and some of you have continued to adventure together. You all still
live in the same town, and, though you don't know it, are about to have the
adventure of your lives! Rumors have been spreading, of course. They tell of
strange beasts and deformed men gathering in the desert. They tell of a
twisted defiler seeking to bring the world under his yoke. Nobody is sure what
is going to happen, but all are prepared for the worst...

Well, ragnar, it ain't that simple. You see, nobody knows which of the rumors
is true, and which is just a crazy rumor. But, as I said, everybody is
prepared for the worst. In recent days, massive voyages have begun to the
"protection" of large cities, and draj is mobbed.

They generally point to an area of twisted stone and blowing sands long belived
to be enchanted. Legend also tells of a lost castle, frozen in time.

Well, you heard some rumors, all right, but you can't make head or tail of 'em.
All asked seem to agree that something vewwy vewwy evil is lurking out in teh
desert, but nobody can think of where they heard it, responding with an
enigmatic, "I dunno. That's just what everyone says..." They all seem to pain
err.. point to the desert just north of Draj, and an evil wizard figures
highly in all of them.
You can't seem to get anything else out of people...
