Katie, you should recheck the Matt Watroba show date, as well.

The problem is, my text got munged, somehow. I really did type in
"at the Ark" and "Nov 29."

Heh, I was gonna say...

I will be in a State Singers/Chamber Choir concert up at MSU on November 19th
at 7:30 pm in Martin Luther Chapel.

I can give directions, but I think a map from yahoo will probably be better.

The church's address is 444 Abbott road, East Lansing, MI 48823.

As far as parking, I would recommend NOT parking at the church, but at or near
my house at 239 Oakhill (a five minute walk away).

Come hear us! (This is my last semester in State Singers :( )

got questions? email me at gustitus@msu.edu

The Third Millennium Chorale presents a concert on Saturday,
November 23, at 7:30 PM at the First Congregational Church, at
the corner of State and William. We will be singing a Mass by
Busoni, written when he was 13 years old, and never recorded,
as well as a Mass by Swiss 20th Century composer Frank Martin.
The Martin is for double chorus and is one of the most difficult
choral pieces in existence, and wonderfully gorgeous as well.
I will be singing the soprano solos in the Busoni.

Admission is free.

Wow, no sooner posted, than contradicted. The concert scheduled
for this Saturday has been postponed to a date in February yet to
be determined. There has been illness among a number of musicians
critical to the performance, and the rest of us really can't fake
it without the others.

The play my mother is refering to was 'Blithe Spirit'.
It went well, if your interested.
Look for updates on the musical titled 'Morgan Le Fay', which will go up at
the end of March.
I myself will not be working on it, due to my surgery, but I still consider
it my show, because I'll wind up doing something for it, and because
everything in the theatre is mine ;)
