THE BELOVED ARE BACK Mark Unseen   Feb 5 02:16 UTC 1993

I am new to this conference, and to Grex in general and after perusing
several of these items, I find no mention of The Beloved. Is no one
psyched that nearly five years (maybe more) after their debut album,
Happiness, they are finally releasing their new album, Conscience, in a
matter of weeks?

Hmmm. I've managed to be completely oblivious to them. What
type of music are they?

hi steve. i tried to mail you back, but i cannot figure it out. The
Beloved are kind of a fusion between new order, depeche mode, and erasure.
but better.

Hi, Veronica! For information on how to get things done in the strange
world of Unix, take a look around in the info conference. I think that
there's an item on mail, which also discusses some alternate, more friendly
mailing programs....

Haven't heard of The Beloved, though...

Sorry, Veronica, I haven't heard of them ... But when I responded to your item
<Feb. 28> it would've already come out. Maybe I'll take a look.
