i think the butthole surfers are a rockin band, and i would like to hear what
you think about them. where to this their roots are? do you consider them
punk, or what? are they sell outs, like many bands today, or just making a b
off the copperations? BUTTHOLE SURFERS RULE!!!!!!!!

Well I don't know about rule, but I do like the album "Rembrandt
Pussyhores" I haven't heard Ind Worm Saloon, is it as experimental as
their early
stuff?

ind wmn sln isn't very experimental, it's mostly rock n roll ("punk?"), but som
of the old style stuiff is on it. i'd get it if i were you. also good is
the one scheme mentioned, live pcpcp, and i the one he was talking about is
pioughd, nice rather experimental album. get that if you liek the weird
stuff.check out track 2 for coolness.

I can't believe they are still "alive"!! I remember first looking for them
in 1985. I called one record store to be told "Try a pharmacy" and two
others had just hung up on me! NOw here they are, as if they are some new
band! Sell-out in many ways, but I'll give the new LP (oops...CD!) a listen
before passing judgement.
