Massive MUD in development needs help being born. Mark Unseen   Nov 12 19:47 UTC 2004

Greetings all, I am in the process of designing, coding, and releasing what
will probably be-no joke-one of the best, and hands down the biggest MUDs of
all time. I say the biggest because we have a planned room count of about
5,750,000 rooms. When we calculated that number, I thought I had made a
mistake. *laughs* The genre is Sci-fi/Fantasy, which has the potential to
ruin the whole game, but we are being careful so as to not let that happen.
We have around 27 planned races, each with at least two subraces. We are
using a classless system, and have over 30 skills as of now, with more
planned. We are offering God, Demigod, or unique charachters to those who
would like to assist us, depending on the amount of assistance recieved. In
creating this game, I am trying to create a world where players rarely, or
never, say to themselves, "this is great, but I wish I could...", and if they
_do_ end up saying that, I want to have easy routes of communication, so that
maybe the development team can do something about it. I know this is a task
akin to finding the Holy Grail, but people still search for the Holy Grail,
so why should I not try to create this MUD? If you are interested in helping
in _any_ way, E-mail me at: foxworth87@gmail.com I know I have only scrached
the surface of my game's description, but you must understand, I _am_ trying
to reamain competitive, so I cannot say everything freely. *sigh*

Well, seems my username was deleted but not taken again... *brushes himself
off* Well, I'm back, after... 3 years? I have a bit more time management
skills nowadays, so I'll be able to be more active here. As for my MUD, it's
still in the works, so anyone interested can email me at foxworth87@gmail.com
or find me on AIM via foxworth87. I must say, it feels good to be back.

foxworth's MUD should be almost done by now, if he's been creating about 1000
rooms per day since he made the first announcement. I wonder how he's doing.
