MUD clients to be used on Unix/Grex. Mark Unseen   Oct 12 01:32 UTC 2003

does anyone have knowledge or wisdom about MUD clients that will run from
Grex.
Telnet, as implemented under Windows XP is driving me crazy, both here and
on Realmsmud.

This response is a mere fourteen years late, but I see that
Grex has two excellent text MUD clients.

1. TinyFugue (tf): Highly configurable, specialized for
MUSH-type servers, but very usable on any MUD type.

2. Tintin++ (tt++): Almost as configurable as tf, specialized
for Diku-type games, but also very usable anywhere.

P.S. And even just plain telnet on Grex (OpenBSD) sucks a lot
less than the MS Windows implementation.
