M-Net is very down
In fact, whois arbornet.org returns "No match found for arbornet.org"
tonster.com is still around, but dns.tonster.com is unresponsive
What's wrong?

I queried at http://whois.arin.net (not recalling where Arbornet was
registered). I also issued dig commands from 3 different systems in very
different places (1 internal to work, 1 from Grex, and 1 from another
system I have access to [in St Louis off swbell network])
All told me that either arbornet.org didn't exist (whois) or that no
server was willing to tell me what it was (my 3 dig commands).
I didn't really think that it was gone, but rather that something had
happened to our registration (gotten lost or something similar).
Hope that clarifies my original message.
Happily, M-Net is back up, so this point is moot.
