yeah, down.arbornet.org ain't working becuase ratbert is also down.  I
can't get to the switch that powers m-net and ratbert, so either a) the
switch died, or b) the power is out.  I'll try to get some answers, but
I'm in the middle of xmas so don't expect speed.

m-net is in a building somewhere in the metro detroit area, where it has been
for several years.  Why do you ask?

If it's not up by morning I'll stop by on my way to work.  I was in the
tech support queue earlier today, but I think that someone left their
phone on. I don't think anyone was in the office.

        was down. Seems 'normal' now.

It's back up now.  Apparently it wasn't a power outage.  I've emailed
and asked what happened.  I'll inform people when I find out.
