Does anyone have a resource editor for Windows that will handle .DRV files?
Specifically, the VGA.DRV file - I want to customize my scrollbars and
max/min buttons, etc... I found a demo of a commercial program that does
something like this (actually, redefining the buttons is ALL it does) but it's
not worth $30 for that! Anyone know of any freeware editors? I have WRT,
which will open the .DRV file if I rename it as a .DLL file, but it doesn't
save it properly (it approximatly doubles the size, and Windows won't even
load up when I try replacing VGA.DRV with the edited version). Anyone have
anything that will work better that I could borrow/copy?

Yeah, I know what you mean! WRT is better than nothing, but it's very
limited...
