MONITOR NEEDED DESPERATELY!

I'M DESPERATE!

 I need 

        A:      A MONOCHROME MONITOR

                Not one of the cheap kind that is a composite monitor.. nope..
                this has to be TTL I think..

                or

        B:      A CGA MONITOR..  only requirement is that it is cheap.
                I'm talking $50 or less.  Must have connector cable too.  Same
                with above (I don't have one).

                or

        C:      AN EGA MONITOR..

                I can't afford much.. I'd be willing to spend up to $100,
                depending on the monitor, dot pitch, etc..

                or

        D:      A MONOCHROME MONITOR CARD for an XT that supports 
                COMPOSITE OUTPUT!  (RCA Jack, not 9pin video)
