Runtime errors
|
Jul 20 06:47 UTC 1999 |
I have a small but irritating problem. I bought a CD and it has 4 card
games on it, Poker, Cribbage, Solitare and Bridge. 3 of the modules run OK,
but when I start up the cribbage module I get a runtime error. I am running
this on a 486 with Win 3.1 and DOS 6.22. How can/do I solve a runtime error?
As you might have guessed I don't really care from Bridge, Solitare or Poker.
I would like to play a little Cribbage.
Thanks

Yup, but since I entered this item, I worked the problem out. It seems that
I had a previous version of the CD software and I found that the conflict was
an old .ini file in my win folder. I now have all modules working including
the DOS versions of the games.
It is supposed to run on a 286/386/486 plus Tandys. Under Win 3.1 and DOS
but it was not specific about which version that was. It is old software,
dating back to 1994, and 1990. Still, it is fun to play.
