Scheduling/"GroupWare" recommendations, anyone?
|

I'm looking for some software, preferably MS Windows software, though
DOS or Unix might do as well, which can assist with time scheduling for a
small group (less than 10 people). Is this the sort of thing people
expect to use "GroupWare" for? Does anyone have any experiences with
software which can handle this kind of task?

That's one of the functions that typically falls under the "GroupWare"
umbrella. A place I worked a few years ago used WordPerfect Office for
DOS for group scheduling, and I know there are packages available for
Windows. I think PC Magazine did a review of them in the last year. If
it's a Microsofty kind of company, you might want to check out Microsoft
Schedule+...I know nothing about it, but it could be an easy choice for
a company that picks software mainly by manufacturer (the ol' "you don't
get fired for picking IBM" syndrome :).

Thanks, but I'm more looking for things that people here are using
and like (or don't like). I'm familiar enough with Wordperfect Office
that I would never recommend it. We do have MS Office, but it doesn't
include scheduling software. We also have Lotus Organizer, but it's
insufficient for anything but personal scheduling.
