Okay, i have some really wierd RAM that I pulled from a couple 90'
Leading Edge 386's..any ideas"??
The first ones say this:
.10
TI I-18848L9SN
TMS 4256FML
Singapor E
there are 9 of these chips...mounted on a standard-looking 30-pin simm
they are about 2/3 the legnth of a common today simm chip
the other ones were like this:
KM44C256AP-8
011 KOREA
2 of the chips read liek that, and the third, whichj is slightly smaller;
says 010 KOREA at the bottom
there are also 3 little capacitor looking things..
i hope someone can help..i have alot of these things...

I'll bet they are 256 x 9 simms. Don't know why there would be 9 in a
machine though.

Oh, in that case they are 256K 9 bit simms. Grand total of 1M in the
machine.
